Location:

• Located on 2 private acres on a low ridge overlooking multiple mountain ranges, the eastern Oregon desert and the Boise River valley
• 3-4 miles from closest small town with grocery shopping, post office, Adventist church (many Adventist churches within 30 miles)
• ~15 miles from closest larger city (WalMart-17 miles, automobile services, etc)
• Lots of sunny warm days (due to proximity of eastern Oregon desert)
• Plenty of room for your own garden, (We have both irrigation water rights and drip irrigation available.)
• Plenty of parking
• ~4-10 inches of snow per winter (average, some years get more or less) (Driveway is blown clear after major snow storms.)
• Occasional dust storms (again due to proximity of eastern Oregon desert) (we just hide in the house when this happens :))
• Average (daytime) summer temps ~90-95 - Average (daytime) winter temps ~35
• Extreme (daytime) summer temps ~105 degrees - Extreme (nighttime) winter temps ~ -10 degrees
